Lower your alcohol intake. The more you enjoy getting drunk the more your body will suffer by the time you will hit the age of 40. Notice that people do not feel the long term effects of drinking alcohol while they are young, but when they do hit the old age, certain diseases begin to crop out. By lowering your alcohol intake, you will also stop these diseases from affecting you and maintain your health.

Water is the source of life. Proper hydration of the body means that your body is doing well. When people become dehydrated, our bodily functions begin to go haywire and our bodies suffer. When we do not have enough water supply, our bodies begin to build up toxins and there will be no other option to flush it out.

Although you can get enough of these supplements from the food that you eat, sometimes, we end up eating junk foods and fast foods which is not a healthy diet.
